The August edition of the Education Gazette (distributed to schools across the country) has a focus on the environment. It includes an article about the ‘Nature is our Classroom’ teacher professional learning workshops that Rebecca (Porirua Harbour Trust education coordinator) and Amanda (Enviroschools) have been faciltiating over the last few years, in various locations in the catchment for Te Awarua o Porirua Harbour.
