WINNER OF WELLINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT ENVIRONMENT AWARD

The Trust was announced as the winner of the Wellington International Airport Regional Community Awards in the “Heritage and Environment Category” at a ceremony at Pataka last night. Our education programme utilising “Living Waters” the delivery through the funding of our Education Coordinator along with the Samoan documentary and our Annual State of the Harbour scorecard all contributed to our win.

The Mayor of PCC, Nick Leggett, Wellington Community Trust representative Liz Kelly, Wendy Barry lead for the trust for the education resource, Grant Baker, Chairperson, Rebecca Logan our Education Coordinator and Jo Maxwell, Wellington International Airport.
