Tyre Removal from Porirua Stream Mouth – This Sunday

Do you have a spare hour …. come down to Wineera Drive by Pirate Cove and help the Trust remove the tyres from the Porirua Harbour delta.

This Sunday 22nd March from 5.30pm to 6.30pm there is a super low tide. Ideal conditions for removing tyres.You will need gumboots or shoes that you are prepared to get wet, warm jacket and if you have a spade bring it along. We will be removing the last of the tyres from the area between the stream and the railway line.
