PHT Runner Up in Wellington Airport Regional Community Awards

The Porirua Harbour Trust was the runner up in the Heritage and Environment Category of the Wellington Airport Regional Community Awards announced earlier this week.

The awards were sponsored by Wellington Airport, Wellington Community Trust and Porirua City Council.

They recognised community service for voluntary organisations. The trust was recognised for the excellent work that we have carried out with Onepoto Arm clean ups, the “only rain down the drain” plaques in Tawa and our contribution to the Harbour strategy.
